Organized by Global Policy Solutions, the webinar was moderated by Janis Bowdler, Director, Wealth Building Policy Project, National Council of La Raza with remarks from Jim Carr, Chief Business Officer at National Community Reinvestment Coalition and featured Maryland Attorney General Doug Gansler.
